Refund & Return Policy

At Linkdflow, we take pride in crafting products made with care, intention, and detail. Every order goes through a careful inspection process before it ships, but we understand that sometimes, a return or exchange may be needed.
This policy explains how to return or exchange an item and how refunds are processed so everything stays simple and transparent.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items starting from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • All original tags, dust bags, and inserts must be included.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns are not free. customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, email our support team at support@linkdflow.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos or videos of the item (if it arrived damaged or defective)

  • Your full name and shipping address

Once approved, we’ll send you the correct return address and simple instructions for returning your order.
⚠️ Please wait for our confirmation email before sending any item back. Items sent to the wrong address may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
  • Defective or damaged items: Linkdflow will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of mind or preference: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and saving your receipt — Linkdflow is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

If your return does not meet our policy conditions, we’ll email you with an explanation and next steps.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Linkdflow error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items if they arrive damaged or defective.
To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the return steps above.

  2. Specify that you’d like an exchange and note the replacement details (if applicable).

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement.
    If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@linkdflow.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  3. Keep all packaging materials until we confirm next steps.

Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
